A Study of the Average Daily Gain of kids born at CF Ranch
I have decided to keep a public record of the statistics of the kids born at CF Ranch. Part of our philosophy and goal is to produce a quality meat goat that is production functional. This includes having a low birth weight, and a high weaning weight. Low birth weights make it easier on the doe to kid, but the high weaning weight means that the kid is able to grow at a steady speed and put on the necessary muscle. We also look for does that produce multiple kids that have high ADGs, that is the idealistic market goat.
